Host

As a Host, you can use all virtual room features without access restrictions.

Attendee

As an Attendee, you have limited access to some features and no access to others:

Limited Access

  • Interactive Whiteboard view-only capability.

  • Speech-To-Text (STT) can only be used if the Host uses this feature.

  • Closed Captions (CC) can only be used if the Host uses this feature.

No Access

  • Mute Audio from other participants.

  • Request Audio from other participants.

  • Mute Video from other participants.

  • Request Video from other participants.

  • Remove other participants from the virtual room.

  • Recording.
