Demo Super Space: Initiatives Version

This is an example of the Super Space application in DiLan Initiatives program. Each application is tailored to its specific entity and can be customized to meet your company's or institution's unique needs.

Each entity accepted into DiLan Initiatives program will receive:

  • Dedicated Guidelines Page that you can share with your users.

  • Dedicated Status Page that you and your team can use to monitor the Super Space application you are using.

  • Dedicated Technical Support to assist you if you encounter any issues while using Super Space.

Features

The features are available in this demo application:

  • Video Call, Precall Screen, and Waiting Room (explained on this page)

  • Chat

  • File Sharing

  • Screen Sharing

  • Interactive Whiteboard

  • Virtual Background

  • Speech-To-Text (STT)

  • Closed Captions (CC)

  • Additional features: Invite, Layout, People, Settings, and Leave Room

The features are not available in this demo application:

  • AI Noise Suppression

  • PSTN

  • Recording

The features that cannot be used when accessing Super Space via a mobile device:

  • Screen Sharing

  • Interactive Whiteboard

Get Started

Ensure you grant access permissions for Microphone, Speaker, and Camera. By default, Super Space will request these access permissions when you're on the Precall Screen.

As a Host

  1. Visit:

  2. On the DiLan Initiatives organization page, enter mastercourse in Organization NameContinue.

  3. On the login page, choose one of the 4 social connection login methods: Google, Microsoft, Facebook, or LINE (mastercourse has selected these 4 options for its login methods). Alternatively, you can log in using your email.

  4. On the virtual room page, enter your virtual room name in Room Name.

  5. Click CREATE A ROOM.

  6. On the virtual room link page, you'll see two links: Attendee Link and Host Link.

    • As the room creator, you are the Host.

    • Share the Attendee Link with those you want to invite to the virtual room.

    • Share the Host Link if you want to grant someone else host privileges.

    • Both links are also accessible within the virtual room for later sharing.

  7. Click START ROOM (AS HOST).

  8. You'll see the Precall Screen.

  9. You can adjust your Microphone, Speaker, Camera, and Virtual Background.

  10. Enter the name you want to display in the virtual room → Enter Your Name.

  11. Click JOIN ROOM.

  12. Congratulations! You've entered the virtual room as a Host.

  13. If Attendees want to join, you'll receive a notification. You can also see the list of waiting Attendees in the People icon.

  14. Click Admit to allow or Deny to reject join requests.

✨ As an Attendee

  1. Ensure you click only the link sent by the Host, which should have the format:

    https://mastercourse.dilan.cloud/...
  2. On the DiLan Initiatives organization page, enter mastercourse in Organization NameContinue.

  3. On the login page, choose one of the 4 social connection login methods: Google, Microsoft, Facebook, or LINE (mastercourse has selected these 4 options for its login methods). Alternatively, you can log in using your email.

  4. You'll see the Precall Screen.

  5. You can adjust your Microphone, Speaker, Camera, and Virtual Background.

  6. Enter the name you want to display in the virtual room → Enter Your Name.

  7. Click ASK TO JOIN and the button text will change to WAITING FOR APPROVAL...

  8. Wait for the Host to approve your request. Once approved, you'll enter the virtual room directly.
